The main estate has five one-bedroom suites with cable television, air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. All have been recently renovated with new appliances, carpeting or tile. There are on-site laundry facilities. On the grounds you'll find a private tropical garden with picnic area, charcoal or gas grills and a tropical setting to help you unwind and really get into the island life.

Our large picnic area is available to you for private cookouts or large family gatherings like weddings and family reunions.  Just let us know your needs and we will be glad to accommodate you.

Fairhaven Estate includes the original homestead cottage. Built in 1886, it is the oldest building on the gulf beaches, and the oldest continually occupied dwelling on Florida's west coast. It is furnished with antiques and has been updated with a modern kitchen and TV room with cable.   Every room has a view of the water.  The homestead cottage accommodates seven people.

In a quiet neighborhood on 73rd avenue, we have another 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment attached to a large single family home. The apartment has cable television, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. It has been recently renovated with new appliances. Located just a block away from historic Corey Avenue, you are within easy walking distance of restaurants, theatre, grocery store, drug store, post office, etc.
