Rental Policy

We do require a 10% nonrefundable deposit within 10 days of making reservations.  Check should be made payable to Fairhaven Estate, Inc. and mailed to 2329 Sunset Way, St. Pete Beach, FL. 33706.  Balance of account is due in our office two weeks prior to check in.  No refund for early departures.  Cancellations must be in writing three weeks prior to check in.  Pricing is for two person occupancy of one bedroom unit.  Any person over the age of 8 is $10.00 per night/per person plus tax extra.  Pricing for cottage is for 6 person occupancy.  Any additional persons over the age of 8 is $10.00 per night/per person plus tax.

 You are responsible for replacement or repair of any damage caused by guests, children or pets. 

 PET POLICY:  Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children.  You must have a health certificate from your vet dated within 30 days of travel.  Pet must be on a flea treatment/heart worm program.  You must show proof of liability insurance (cover sheet for your home owners liability policy)  to cover any injuries your pet may inflict on another animal or person.  You are responsible for picking up after your animal.  There is a cleaning fee of $25.00 required for pet owners in a one bedroom unit and $60.00 in the cottage.
