Little did I know when we made reservations on the phone that we were soon to discover this little island gem. We had a marvelous time! Much better than the large resorts. No hustle and bustle here. From the shopkeepers to the local residents, from the bartenders to the boat captains, EVERYONE is so friendly! I don't think I've ever had a more relaxing vacation. We are spoiled now. Y'all definitely know how to take care of people. We love Pass-a-Grille!.

This may not sound like much coming from a twelve year old but besides home, this is my favorite spot in the U.S. Out of the two and a half weeks I'm staying, I can tell you I'll come back again and again.

We had a great time. Thanks so much. The "Pops" concert on the beach last night was wonderful. We will definitely come back and are already planning our next visit.

We really enjoyed our brief visit. The accommodations were exactly what we wanted. We especially liked the front balcony with its great view. We'll be back.

From the moment I called Margaret and Ken for reservations, until our departure, they were very hospitable and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. They were perfect hosts. .

We had a wonderful time, as always. I finally talked my husband into going over to Shell Island. It was great. If you haven't discovered Shaner's pepper poppers yet, you must get some immediately. I'll make sure we have reservations for next year before we leave.

Another week gone by too quickly and then back home to Indiana we go, carrying our memories of fun in the sun, nightly walks on the beach, watching the dolphins play, wandering groups of rays, and occasional schools of tarpon...the memories will linger forever. The kids always have such fun playing in the yard and building sand castles on the beach. Thanks again for such a perfect family oriented location for us to congregate..

Another day in paradise. We have fallen in love with the bay, the beach,  the beautiful sunsets! We will be back again soon!

All good things got to come to an end and everybody goes their own way. We'll always remember your little retreat and all the fun we had. Now it's back to the same old grind, working all week and all the "stuff" that ties us down. But rest assured that you'll be in the back of our minds...and someday...we'll be back.

We all enjoyed it but I think the kids had the best time. I especially thank you for all you've done to make this a kid friendly experience. The wagon and all the toys were a special hit.

What a lovely location. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and watching the activities of the fishermen, the pelicans and the boat traffic on the bay. We appreciate the extras provided and look forward to coming back next year.

WOW! This week flew by too quickly. Margaret and Ken, we are here because of the extra touch you add to everything. In our search for a place to stay, it was your personal attention that stood out above all the others...like quoting me the exact number of steps to the beach and you were exactly correct (believe me, I checked). We loved loading up the LITTLE TIKES wagon with 2 umbrellas, 2 beach chairs and toys for a fun time on the beach. Thank your parents for sharing some of the history of the area AND we got to se the night blooming cactus because your mom came over to show us. I doubt I'll ever have that experience again. We slept very comfortable at night. Thanks again for your kindness and extended care.

This is our best vacation yet! We are SO coming back! It truly is paradise and it really did feel like home. Now we're all sad because we have to go back to Massachusetts and get back to work. Seeing the dolphins swim right across the street from our front porch was amazing. The Shell Key Shuttle just a few steps away at the Merry Pier was fun and found more sand dollars than we've ever seen. Ft. DeSoto was a beautiful beach and we took many amusing photos in the barred cells. At Busch gardens we saw so many exotic animals and were just inches away from a silverback gorilla who must have had a good laugh when he pounded on the glass and startled us. Pass-a-Grille is such a wonderful little community and our stay here was delightful.
